Subject: ROLF - Shall I pay later?
Pls. advise me what to do now...
I am about to send all my documents asked in my IA letter except ROLF fees? Is it okay to do so?
I will send them ROLF fees when they will send me PP request. Will they accept my other documents without ROLF fees?
Pls. advise how to do that... I am little confused and worried as I have to reply them by April-30th-2006

send exactly what they ask for and do it registered courier so you do not miss the April 30th deadline. failure to comply could put your application at risk.

If I had my time back and more importantly the ROLF fees I would have paid it all at the same time. If you don´t you will have a delay - anything upto two months. However not everyone has all the money to put up front so if you dont mind waiting a little longer you can wait.

Just don´t f*** up with immigration officials. Do as instructed. If you muck around with the fee, looking at paying half as predicted to happen in the nearest future you will suffer the consequences.
There is absolutely no point in waiting. Confused files and people like yours that drag around for no apparent reason increase the waiting time for everyone else.

part of your landing fees are used to pay 3rd parties for background checks. They will not start some part of your checks if you delay your payment, also, it may look bad on your application.
