Hi All
I got my IA with an interview waiver for permenant residency from LA and received the waiver notice, medical forms etc ) . I noticed that my wife´s last name and middle name is mispelled. Its a minor mispell and I sent an e-mail to LA informing them about it but didn´t get a response from them.
However my name is printed correctly and I am the principal applicant. Did anyone have a similar situation. I have scheduled an appointment to get the medicals done tomorrow and hopefully this won´t be an issue. Please advise

(in reply to: spouse's name mispelled) you have already sent a mail, that´s cool. I would suggest send a fax as well. That way you will have a proof that you had informed the consulate. Just my 2 cents.
