The labour shortage is huge and Canadian employers cant find anybody. They are willing to hire foreign workers ASAP and the work permit process is the fastest way for both parties.

This feels like another scam - high/low skilled workers. What good are low skilled workers to the economy. Do you have a website? Why don´t you elaborate a little more here.
