| Subject: buffalo airport to toronto |

Hi. I am looking for flights to toronto and they´re incredibly expensive. Flights to buffalo though are very cheap. I´m looking at a difference of $200.
I know there are buses etc but why would they wait for me. I was wondering if I can rent a car for a ONE WAY trip (I cannot re-enter the US)? Can I hire a cab to the border, send them back, go through customs and hail another cab on the canadian side? Any other creative solutions that anyone has used? Thanks.

I guess one way car rental will be cheaper than cab. You can always take grey hound to toronto from buffalo. It should be cheapest.

I have heard that greyhound will not take people on board unless you have a canadian visa (as opposed to landing documents), hence my question. Is a one way car rental between buffalo and toronto allowed?
