| Subject: Atlast got my AOR timeline 39 months |

Friends I got my AOR, after a long long wait.CIC London sent a very nice email to me with apology, they have forgot to add my P.O Box in my mailing address,other wise they have sent me AOR letter with in 3 weeks after receiving my application back in January.
Its mentioning you will not hear from us for 39 months does it mean
IA will take 39 months? or whole process will take 39 months?

Congrats nisha
39 months for IA. Unlike other visa posts CIC london starts background check before IA therefore processing is relatively faster after IA.
Good luck for rest of the process

Great news Nisha. Well 39 months seems a lot to me. In my AOR its written 18-22 months. I guess they have increased the time. Anyway glad that u got it. Scientist, can u share your time line please.

Mirza,
I sunbmitted my application in DEC:2005. Received AOR in early Jan 2006 quoting 36 months.
Submitted IELTS score in Feb 2006 without any formal request from CIC.
