Hello
My wife just got spous visa interview in Moscow, but, after the interview, consul said that he couldn´t give her the visa right now, as he didn´t get her medical report yet.
But, in my opinion, if there are missing documents, don´t they let interviewee know before the interview?? and all documents are back to the interviewee until all documents are set?
And consul said, that´s the reason, and interview itself was successful.
Does this mean she passed the interview, or missing document is just pretext?
Is there possibility that they tell a lie not to give her visa?
Anyone has same experience??

Hi jhj, don´t worry about the visa. This is just a bureaucratic process and once they have the medical result in their hand - they will give your wife the visa. This is 100% sure and also believe it - the consul have no reasons to tell a lie.

Thank you for reply.
But, one thing I don´t understand is that she got medical examination in May 2005, then why didn´t they get it yet?
It takes so long like this? Her medical examination will be expired in 2 months.
The funny thing is my wife asked consul to tell her interview result frankly, but, he said ´I don´t know anything about this, as I didn´t get your medical report yet´.
And he also asked my wife to wait in Moscow more(but, my wife´s home is 4hours away by airplain to Moscow, so, she can stay in Moscow just for one week).
And he gave her back all photos, email, MSN history,etc.
If consul doesn´t know, who knows???
Is there possiblity, although she got the medical examination, that is missing?? then whose resposibility is this??
If it is really missing, if she get medical examination again tomorrow or something, how long is going to take Moscow get her result??
Any idea??

Do not woryy, probably they are waiting for background check results or any other issue with the medicals... There is nothing to worry, just relax, ...
