friends I have applied for PR from CIC London, its been more than 3 months no AOR. I have faxed them 3 times but no answer, its v
stressful to me please help what I do,
Other side I have checked that my cheque has been also cashed by CIC London in the second week after receiving my application.

hey nisha be patient! thats what i can suggest u now . don´t piss them off as u told u fax thrice and got no reply.
best idea to hold u´r breath for few more days.

Nisha,
I got my AOR within 3 weeks from CIC london. Are you sure that they have recieved you´r application?
There is no harm in sending them a fax since you havent got you´r AOR yet. Try to email them I remember when I was collecting my docs I send them an email to clarify some points and got the reply within 1 week.

Hi scientist thanks for the reply, I have sent my application by UPS.
I´m really afraid that they may have lost my application that is why they are not responding to my faxes or even emails.
I have also checked that my Draft which I sent to CIC London By Thomas cook has been chashed with in 2 weeks after receiving my application.
I´m very depressed and don´t know what to do feeling very help less.
Scientist is this the email of CIC London or do they have another one also for the correspondence

Hi Nisha, i have applied from dubai. It took me 3 months to get my AOR. If they have cashed your draft then i think that you should be getting your AOR soon. I hope so. I have never faxed or called CIC cause as i understant its better not to bother them a lot. Did u apply on your own or did u go through an immigration consultant. I am glad to help you with the limited knowledge that i have.

Nisha,
If they have already cashed your draft then you dont need to worry about your application. It is already with them. May be it is taking more time to get AOR for applicants from middle east as mirza also got his AOR after three months. I think you should wait a week or so and then try to email or fax them.
The email you have mentioned is correct.

Mirza I have applied by own and provided them all required documents they wanted in a extremly organised way by making sections.
well my cheque was cashed in January 9th.I hope i get my AOR soon.

just check your money order, see if it was cashed or not, if it was cashed, just relax

The fact is that even if you fax, you will not get a relavant reply. So there is no point faxing. Yes, if the duration is out of the normal (say AOR has not come in 3-4 months) then you can fax and ask or better just email them.
