in other words, ´stop bothering us´. sounds rather harsh but can you imagine if they stopped every time a fax or email came in and tried to answer the questions (sometimes stupid questions)... you would never get your PR.

Sharon, How come only the harsh and negative things come to your mind - when you try to help (!) or analyze others. Pl. be stopped - unless you do any real help to others. We are really really bothered from a mail like yours.
