I was called for interview at buffalo when i was expecting PPR. I ordered CAIPS and it showed an additional column "Applicant indicates he worked offshore". Previously when i ordered caips in nov, it showed BDEC started date as March 2006. Now no date is shown with "0". Any ideas

Is this interview after IA and medicals were done?. If so I am assuming it is a "security" interview. Do you have a date yet?

my IA was done Jan 2005, Medicals Feb 2005, request to pay RPRF - MAy 2005. interview letter - Feb 06. Did not specifiy a date yet. it said i will need to attend an interview in the coming months.

CIC can call for interview if something came up in BG Check or Security Check.
Well it is good as once it is done you are most likely get a PPR.
