| Subject: Photo's size for ppr (urgent) |

Guys! Would you please advise me on this question. We recieved our photos from photolab and when we mesure the size of the heads we found it bigger then was asked (not 25-35mm but around 37-40mm).
The size of photos remaines as needed. Is it appropriate to send them these photos or should we redo them.

Redo them. Take the photo specifications to your photographer prior to having the photos taken. I read on another forum that some people cropped their photos, but 37-40 mm seems like a lot of picture to crop, so I would just have the photos redone.

See if you can crop them. In the US the photos are larger and everyone crops them to meet specs. Use the template from the CIC website.

PS. Frame size should be 35mm x 45mm

But, she can´t adjust the size herself, since it´s the "head size" thats too large,not the photo itself. I would re-do the photo Olga.

Thanks people for your advices!
IDO is right. Problem is in the distance between the chin and crown of the head. So we couldn´t crop photos. But the size of them is 35*45mm.
We decided to go ahead with what we have
and sent them as they are. Actually we did it already.
That is the bad part:)
The good part is that we will see if it is really important.
