| Subject: Anyone received IELTS request after medicals? |

Hi!
My medicals have been received by Ottawa. I need to submit my FBI reports along with proof of funds.. Was wondering if I would be asked for IELTS scorecard after I submit the documents to the Canadian consulate.. Has anyone been asked for IELTS after submitting the medicals and the other documents?

I think it seems like similar case with me.
At the stage of Medical request, New York Consulate General did NOT ask me any Police Certificate and Proof of Funding.
I guess my next step will be same with you Yo. Thank you for your information.
But I don´t think they will ask your IELTS because IA is already done.

Hey DAD,
How do you figure that NY is goanna ask your FBI report and bank statements? Or, did I get wrong?
In my case, they only asked for medicals. Do you think additional docs will be requested in the coming months?

Hey rookie,
Exactly same with my case. But I think I don´t need FBI report because I´ve never been in the US. But I will order Criminal Record Report to my home country for preparing(but I will just keep it if officer doesn´t ask me ).
With relate to Bank statement, I guess they will ask you at the stage of landing. Am I right? I am not sure.

I believe under normal circumstanes, they won´ask additional docs once they receive medicals. By that time, they should have a pretty good idea whether to give the visa or not. Asking for a last minute FBI record or bank statement does not make too much sense.
Nevertheless, we can never be sure.
