| Subject: IELTS 120 days time.. please help |

I was asked for IELTS score on Nov17,2005 and was given 120 days time. I could not make it on time. I took the exam on March11,2006 and 120 days ends on March17.
Probably its gonna take 3 weeks to get the score. Will I be able to get an extension?
how do i inform the cic buffalo for the extension? fax or email? Please help if any one know this thing. If I send a fax to (716) 852-4340 ,will that be enough? I got this fax number from the buffalo website.
I already sent an email to them but got no reply so far.

fax and do it quickly. they might proceed assuming you did not complete the test.

Same problem, I have been asked to take exam on feb 14th, but I could not get the appointment in Chicago area until June 24th, but by that 120 days period will pass.
I have been told by the IELTS Center administrator, if you register now, i will send a copy of "Proof of Registration" and send that to CIC, and that should be OK.
I am doing that now.
I hope thats OK, do you think there is any problem ?

Send a fax/letter requesting extension, attach proof of your registration; send it today by Fedex itself for next day delivery. You will be fine.

I had thesame case like you. All i did was send an email to cic stating that i can not meet thier 120 days deadline because all centers are booked till the 11 of March. I got a response within 2 days stating that: "We will extended your time in order to get your scorce".
