Subject: Visa Stamping and COPR
Hi all,
Is it possible for the principal applicant to take his dependants passports for stamping? Will CIC accepts this or they will need to see everybody included in the application before the Visas can be stamped and the COPR issued.

Thanks

If you are the principal applicant you can go with all the passports for visa stamping.

If you cannot go, you can send an authorization letter along with the person you have appointed to get the passports stamped.

Good Luck

This is a good question. I´d like to know if this counts for common law partners as well? Can my partner take my passport with him (he is the principal applicant) or he needs a letter signed by me? Thx
