Subject: Student Visa Re-entry
  Hi,
I have a question for you and kindly need your advice based on your experience please.

Case scenario: I have finished my studies in Canada but I have a valid student visa. Can I leave Canada and come back in without a fear that at border my re-entry will be denied because I graduated?
How can they check if I finished my studies or not?

Thanks Student :-)

You can do that. However, if you were to ever apply for any other student visa, work visa, or permanent residency, you will have to send them your transcripts which will show your date of graduation. This would show them that you were in Canada under false pretenses. It may cause you problems in the future with getting any Canadian visa, so I would strongly recommend against it.

If u did not attend convocation ceremony..its the best reason to enter canada, even after graduation...until u have student visa they have nothing to do with ur coming and going...But at the same time do follow what Joy says.
