the PR card dosen´t expired therefor there is no renewal for the PR card and no background check!!!!

PR card expires 5 years after landing date. You need to satisfy the residency requirement to renew it. There is NO background check except the residency requirement.The residency requirement is that you have to stay in canada for 2 years(730 days) out of 5 years.

once u stay in canada for 2 years(730 days) out of 5 years then u will be a citizenship and the PR card will be cancel and has no value. so again no renew for the PR card

Dumb ass. You need to stay in Canada for 3 years(1095 days) out of 4 consecutive years to be eligible for citizenship. A lot of people cannot meet this requirement thats why they renew the card. Next time when you post, use the fucking thing above your fucking shoulder.

PR card is a wallet-sized, plastic status card that replaces the paper IMM 1000 Record of Landing document used only for travel purposes

once u become a citizenship u will use ur passport for the travel purposes instead of PR card
