I landed two weeks before and just submitted a copy of my landing document at Grad Studies Office. Today I received a new time table (for the current semester) from their office along with the fee details. The international fee is taken out. To be eligible for international fee return you should submit your landing document before end of the term - you can find out the exact date from your school.

So, if you start a semester as an international student, and you become a PR halfway through it, they will return your tuition before the end of the semester?

does this mean that if i go to canada and start studying as an international student and midway through my course i get my PR my fees will instantly be reduced?And does anyone know of good canadian universities which offer courses for less than 17000 CDN?

Salik are you still thinking about applying???
As Sharon told you in one of your previous posts....don´t even try. Canada doesn´t need people like you, who are just looking for freebies and benefits of Canada. You get what you give. Do something for the country and country will give you what you deserve. Dear applicants: life in Canada is beautifull but nothing comes without making some effort. You will have to work, as you have to in any other country.

By the way...i am not Canadian and i am not even an applicant to Can.(EU citizen) I just visited Canada and i love it. Too bad the country in few years is not going to be what is famous for because of people like Salik...
