Has anyone applying to Buffalo as a SW from the US in May 2005/AOR in June 2005 received an IA or any correspondence from CIC yet?

Ya right. People who have AOR Mar 2005 are still waiting for their IAs. You´ll have to wait until at least June 2006 to get your IA.

Um yeah and that´s why IDO got an IA recently after applying in March 2005.

IDO only got his transfer letter, which means he´s got another month or so to go to get his IA.
