Please suggest me what category and application kit I will be needed, when I am planning to apply as a dependent of a protected person in Quebec.
Further note please that my father arrived in Montreal and secured the status of protected person in 2001. After that he applied for all three brother. Two brothers got visa but I was refused due to gap in my educational record.
I am now again planning to apply as a dependent of a protected person (I have CSQ) but not able to select the right category and application kit.
Please suggest me something else you understand and any further tips.

I am sorry, I do not have enough knowledge on this type of application to help you. hopefully someone else will offer some advice.
