Does Any body know´s what´s Buffalo quota for skilled PR this year , 2006.
I don´t understand what happens to those applicants who have more than 67 points but what happens if after quota is over, ofcourse applications received at Buffalo will be 10 times more than quota.
Are all other applicants are rejected, also every year Buffalo office new more fresh applications, what happens to all these applications

applications that exceed quota simply wait their turn. CIC has been know to adjust quotas to match the shift tends of applicant countries.
For example, it does not take 5 years to complete the immigration process if you are from India - it take 5 years for your application to make it to the front of the line and for the process be completed. 3.5 years of 5 is likely waiting.
