Hello,
I am in the course of applying for a visitor visa extension (or rather restoration of satus) for my 3-year old daughter born in France.
Yesterday around 10:00 am, I used the on-line payment service, and was debited $200 on my Visa card.
I was fortunate enough to print out the transaction record, which shows the amount paid, the transaction number and the "approved" status.
However I have not received the official receipt in PDF format, which is supposed to be sent by email.
All information I entered was accurate, esp. my email address, ou street address, etc...
What shall i do now ?
My local immigration office advised me to send the unofficial copy of the transaction...
Where is my official receipt ? How can I get it ?

Hey Jean,
Same thing happned to me!! But u must have taken print out when u finish transaction. After u pay the system give rceipt at the same time..both for printout and to save on ur PC. So u must have saved that!
