I am seeing persons with April AORs get their transfer letters hoping for IAs soon. I applied from Feb. 2005 and have a Mar 23 2005 AOR and still hoping for a transfer letter. What is going on?
Am I the only person like this. I am hoping that maybe my file is staying at Buffalo and they are probably going to send the IA instead of a transfer letter. Does this assumption seem plausible or just pulling for strings?

(in reply to: March 23, 2005 AOR no IA or Transfer Letter) There are so many people like you and even worst cases like me with AOR March2nd 2005. Departure_Bay and Candice are also on the list. Don´t worry you are not alone.
Cheer up and be positive. You will receive your IA very soon.
Good Luck,
Mamtha

(in reply to: March 23, 2005 AOR no IA or Transfer Letter) rgeno79, I applied in March and got AOR Mar 29,2005 and haven´t received any transfer letter nor IA. I did find out though that my file was transferred to Detroit. Here´s a trick to finding out if your file has been transferred or not; email Buffalo saying that you want to send some additional documents but aren´t sure if you should send it to them or somewhere else, because you have heard of the file transfers. They will reply within a week and tell you whether your file is still in Buffalo and to where it has been transferred. Don´t expect any IA until it´s closer to the end of March.

(in reply to: March 23, 2005 AOR no IA or Transfer Letter) I did just that, emailed Buffalo and their response was my file was not being transferred and to mail the documents to Buffalo. So, about a week later I sent our FBI reports to Buffalo and a few days later got the transfer letter. So I emailed both Buffalo and Seattle, Seattle responded immediately saying to definitely email Buffalo and alert them to our documents. Buffalo finally responded a week later saying they would forward them to Seattle. So, I will wait another week and email Seattle again to make sure they received them.

(in reply to: March 23, 2005 AOR no IA or Transfer Letter) I submitted my FBI as well Jowsie, I even just got another one dated Jan 31, just in case if they ask me for another one when the IA reaches. I am sure most of us had all of the requirements since we received IAs and I am not required to submit IELTS since I added my english proficiency letter along with the fact of being from an English speaking country.

(in reply to: March 23, 2005 AOR no IA or Transfer Letter) Sorry for the mistake I meant that I feel that we did submit all necessary documents since we got AORs not IAs
