Subject: Got PPR letter, sending PP, what with Study permit
  1) I am sending my Passport by mail tomorrow. As I am on my study permit in Canada, can I remove the study permit and send it or I have to send the study permit also with the Passport?

2) Also I have my US I-94 in the passport stapled, can I remove this too?

3) I have been sent a GREY envelope with the PPR letter and in that Canadian Consulate General address appears in the middle and above it is given TO and my address, I am confused with this fact because I am asked to send the PP in this grey folder to Buffalo and why the TO has my address sticker?

1 & 2 : Yes, remove your SP and I-94.

3) Ingore all those. Just put your PP and other stuff inside the grey envelop. The grey envelop and your return envelop should go inside another envelop that you are mailing out to Buffalo.
