What should be the answer for this questions if your father?s application for SW category has been rejected previously and you were included as dependent? I mean is admission same as application for any kind of visa?

you can have as many application (different) at the same time.
skilled worker
study permit
and student permit.
you can have as many skilled worker application as you want, one at a time. keep applying, question is what went wrong the first time?

You can independently apply for a visa if you qualify.
