Tranfered: JAN 2006
IA letter sent on FEB 15 2006
Consulate requests
1. Medical form as soon as possible
2. Recent Proof of fund
3. Proof of US legal status
4. Original Police Clearence
(When I applied, i already submitted FBI. At that timr I had difficulty to make finger print card and took more 3~4 months)
Is there anybody has idea to FBI clearence as soon as possible.
I really wish my same boat buddy get IA very soon!

hi cho congrats ! my friend can u give time line i mean exact date please ! as i am also same boat
but u did not mention the date u did apply and u got transfer letter from dettroit !
please help me know my situation.

I beleive you can mention in your cover letter to the FBI that you have an immigration deadline and also print the deadline date on the envelope, here is the link
