| Subject: Is it an error of CIC? |

Hi friends,
I am confused a lot. My spouse sponsor me and we´d sent our application to CPC-V in Dec. 2004. CPC-V sent our application to Local CIC in May 2005. In October 2005 we´d got a letter to send in canada PR application (IMM 5002) with all other evidences. {We´d sent it again.why CIC asked it again?}. In Jan 2006 we got our FOSS saying approved in principal 114(2). We´d aslo sent a letter to local CIC for updating on our application and got a response with in a week . Here is the confusion starts. The Officer (who sent the letter) is saying that my application for permanent residence in canada under humanitarian and compassinate ground has been assigned to a new IO beacuse the IO who was assigned first have some other duties. New IO is reviewing our application.
Though my spouse is sponsoring me and I am very much Legal in canada,So why CIC saying that my "in canada application for PR under Humanitarian and Compassionate Ground "..bla bla blah...
Any advice?

Further to above.
It is a confusion. The officer who sent me the letter in October 2005 was clearly mentioned that my application under spouse/common law partner in Canada class. and He also asked for the further information and IMM 5002 again.
And Now this officer is saying that My application for PR from with in Canada on humanitarian and compassionate grounds.
I am going to send copies of these letter and Copy of FOSS to my M.P and also will request him to give us time for a personal meeting.
OMG what is going on with CIC?
