Applied: Feb 2004

Did you actually go through the interview? or was it waived?
Did they indicate why they wanted interview? And any info on when the visa will be issued?

My timeline is similar to yours but my interview was waived at IA, however no info on visa!

Ash,
I had my interview in Detroit.
They had sent me letter mentioning that I would have to appear for the interview so that the counsel/immigration officer could determine if I qualified.
I don´t know if you applied for CAIPS but that might provide you further details regarding their assessment. I had got my CAIPS report and it gave me quite a lot of details regarding my application.

Hope this helps

All the best

Thanks for your reply. I did order CAIPS, but there is no info other than what I already know and mentioned on the application.

My application is in BG Check and that is only reason they say they are waiting on my visa issuance.
