Subject: Right Of Prmanent Residence Fee ( RPRF)
  Hi,
I´ve applied for Canda Immigration in November 2004, Recently ( a month ago) I´ve received letter stating -- for Medicals, expect to finalize without interview , and also asking for Right Of Prmanent Residence Fee (in case not paid).
So medicals reports have been seny by Doctor.
I already paid RPRF when applied. But there is difference in the amount I´ve paid when applied and current amount.

I´ve paid - :$715 ( US Dollars).
Current Fee Amount is : $820(US Dollars).
So my questions are:
Do I have to send difference amount in the fee?
&
How long it´s going to take to get my application processing into next step

Thanks very much in advance &
Regards
Venkat

why did u pay only 715$?
they usually send the money back and ask for a new draft.

If you paid the RPRF at the time of your initial submittal, you will not need to send the differenc now even the fee has gone up since then. $715 was the right amount then.

The letter you received is a standard one which always contains the RPRF request language.

In your response, simply indicate the fee has been paid. If you has a xerox copy of the check, include it with your response.

bottom line: Don´t send them the difference.
