Hi
Im an australian wishing to immigrate to canada and was looking at moving to Gatineau...I was thinking that it may be a little faster to apply via quebec immigration since sydney now can take upto 35mths for a SW visa. Has anyone applied to the H.K. Office for quebec immigration, was it necessary to have an interview and if yes was it possible to have the interview in anoher canadian consulte e.g. consulte in sydney? has anyone recently applied and how long has this taken?

Don´t even think about it if u don´t speak french fluently?

two of my friends had applied and got accepted via Quebec immigration.
first guy :interview, transferred his file from Paris to Buffalo for the interview and got his PR in 11 months
second guy:no interview and got his PR in 18 months
i hope that would answer some of ur questions
