Hey guys,
After 12 days, today I received this reply from CIC buffalo,
"Good morning. We have sent out the second request letter, pending Inida pc for spouse, and your medicals.
Thank you"
The thing is I have sent them PC (Police Cert)for my spouse twice, still they say its pending!! What should I do now? Should I send them fax requesting to check the docs again or I should get new PC??
Anyone´s quick response will be highly appreciated!

When you sent the Police Cert did you include your file number?
I submitted additional information on my application and they got the information. Also, try sending the new information to Mississauga by fax.

if you sent it long time ago, then definatly I would apply for a new one and send it by courier, you can send tham a fax copy as well.

The validity of PC is normally 6 months, if 6 months have passed, do a fresh one. If not send them a fax explaining your situation.

you can also send them an e-mail explaining that you have sent it to them twice and dont forget to mention the tracking no. as a proof.......(if u have any).....remember ....you must send these sensitive documents through secure mail with a tracking no......whenever you see that tracking no. confirms the deliver....send them a mail very next day and they will confirm the receipt......i am telling u my personal experience because they have lost my clearance once.......good luck
