what do I need to send for FBI Clearance request, besides fingerprints and money order?
Do I need to include copies of passport etc? oh god I did it last year and I can´t remember..
And I wonder how do they know the finger prints are mine and not someone else´s?

I sent a cover letter with the details of the enclosed fingerprints and the money order. No, you dont need to include the copies of the PP. When you go for fingerprinting your local police dept will give you a fingerprint form or you can print one from the web. When the fingerprinting agency takes your fingerprints, they will ensure through a valid ID that the name of the person and the fingerprints match the ID and are of the same individual.
Additionally, it would be advisable to send a copy of the letter you would have received from CIC asking for your fingerprints to be taken. I guess thats about it. Also, remember to write your FBI fingerprint submission deadline for CIC on the top of your envelope you are sending to FBI or whichever agency.
For your reference, below is the cover letter I had sent for mine and my wife´s fingerprints. you can substitute your name(s) accordingly. I have mentioned including a draft of $36 as we were two people. For one, it is $18. Here you go. Hope it helps!

Make sure you put a due date on it! VERY IMPORTANT! Even if one is not really requested. Write a short note, and tell them that you must deliver the documents by the date for example one month ahead and if they can expedite your request. If you don´t do it, you will wait 2-3 months! Otherwise they will speed up your application and you will get it in no time.
