Subject: Any Detroit tranferees with IA?
Are there any Detroit file transferees who subsequently received their IA from Detroit? Especialy IA with interview waived? I´ve seen much about NY transfers and fast IA results from there, but nothing much about Detroit processing.

My timeline:
App: Dec. 2004
AOR: Mar 2005
Detroit xfer: Jan 2006

Thanks, Richard

Wow! My timeline is EXACTLY the some:

App: Dec. 2004
AOR: Mar 2005
Detroit xfer: Jan 2006

I´m searching internet to find whether it´s good or bad that my file has been sent to Detroit...

IA for Detroit transfer!

I think neither good or bad. This because IA´s with interview waivers have come from both Buiffalo and the consulates (New york in particular). At least this is what I´m hoping for with Detroit.

We should stay in touch as our timelines are identical. I´m applying out of Chicago. Where are you?

If you visit www.northcool.com, and are able to access their timelines, then it seems surprising that you haven´t received IA.

I think with end of year holidays, change of policies where consulates now process apps, backlog from recent ruling to reprocess certain prior year applications, and change in leadership have all contributed to the delay. So it´s not really surprisng although unfortunate.

Good luck to all in the Detroit queue awaiting IA (especially those from Chicago)!

Hi! All,

My case was transfered to Detroit too.
The timeline:
App: Jan. 2005
AOR: Mar.18 2005
Detroit xfer: Jan.31 2006

It is said Detroit is all but fast, is that true?

Good luck to all of us!

Detroit is hideous. NOTHING seems to be happening there. I know people txfd to Seattle in February 2006 who have landed while Detroit ppl just sit and wait...
