| Subject: H&C and SW together |
My sister has applied for H&C in canada. Its currently processing. Can she apply as a SW in buffalo at the same time? Will it be a big deal in the SW category that she has claimed herself as a refugee in the past? She comfortably scores well above 67. Any comments will be appreciated.

You can only have one of these applications in process at a time. If she wishes to apply as a SW, she has to withdraw the H&C one.
