My e-Client Application Status is update today as follows.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
Does it mean that my passport is on its way back? My passport reach Buffalo on Jan 19. But when I tracked my prepaid envelope,the Canada Post still found no records.

Hello!
My passport reached Buffalo same day.My Fedex tracking number shows that i will recieve it today!!! I am really excited about that. I will post as soon as i get it!

karajito and Kool, did your e-Client Application Status be updated to "A decision has been made..." from only "Medical results have been received" before. I found that the Xpresspost is usually updated at night.

Until Saturday my status was medicals recieved...but today:
e-Client Application Status
We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:
Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet.
Still waiting for Fedex to deliver...:)

I am in the same boat. My passport reached Buffalo on Jan 19. My USPS tracking number shows that they mailed my docs back yesterday night. Hope to get everything today or tomorrow.
