I am in US, applied under skilled category at Buffalo.
AOR March 05, have not received IA Yet. I need to find out the status of my application. Who should I write to ?
Is there an email address of I have to write a letter to the Immigration Section at the regular Buffalo address ? Any help will be appreciated.

Brian, I guess you should be about to get your IA, or a transfer letter. I also think that you should wait at least till march 2006, that to follow the 52 weeks period that they talk about in the AOR letter.
Well, it´s just an advice! ;)

Hi Me thanks for your advice, I thought that the 52 week period is from the date of application and not the AOR; am I wrong on this ? I applied in Jan 05 so the 52 week period is over .. Let me know..
