| Subject: AOR march 05, got a mail from buffalo but not IA |

I just got a letter from buffalo (dtd jan 16, 05)which unfortunately was not an IA.
Instead they said they sent all my documents to Detroit office which would contact me in due time to let me know if I needed an interview.
has any one recently got similar letter? plz let me know.
And is it bad or good to get a letter from buffalo which practically says that they have severed all ties with me :-( (DO NOT SEND US ANY MAIL) You think processing would be rather faster or slower at detroit office?

Boki, where abouts in Canada do you live? I´m wondering if it has to do with the location of your current residence. I applied from Kitchener, ON and hence am hoping they keep my application at Buffalo.

Shit. That´s not good news then. I was hopong that they were transferring files according to applicants that would be closer to the corresponding CIC cities. My AOR is Mar 29, 2005, so I guess it´s possible that they´d transfer my file as well. Did you have an IELTS request 3 or 4 months after your AOR?
