hey guys,
My question is :-
I am having a part time experience of 3 yrs , I dont have a full time exper. still I am eligible to imiigration to canada.
or first i have to gain 1 yrs exp. then I am eligible.
Plz advice me.

Experience is experience. That you accumulate year long- Do you need to work 24 hours long to say that I got an experience on Monday?

In the form provided by CIC there is no portion to fill out for part time or Fulltime. They count straight way as experience.

It is clearly mentioned on the CIC website that that applicant´s experience can be full-time OR equivalent part-time.
To be defined as "full-time" by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, the employee must work for at least 37.5 hours per week, with the exception of paid vacations.
Note: Part-time employment / work experience can be equalized to full-time, for the purposes of immigrating to Canada
Any employment that is less than 37.5 hours per week. To equalize numbers of years of part-time employment to full-time, use the following formula: Divide the Total Number of Hours Worked by 37.5, then divide this answer by 52. The final answer is the Total Number of Years Worked, in full-time equivalence.

A medical test showed activity in both of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon´s brain lobes and his condition remains critical but stable, hospital officials said Saturday. The update, issued after the end of the Jewish Sabbath, was the first word on the 77-year-old Israeli leader from the Hadassah Hospital in more than 24 hours. Sharon suffered a massive stroke on Jan. 4.
