Subject: Question for those who have received PPR request
I received the ppr request asking me to send the passports and a 9" * 12" self addressed pre-paid envelope. The CIC has provided a grey envelope to mail the passports. Should I put all of this in the grey envelope or only the passport goes in the grey envelope and wrap them all in a bigger envelope?

Kindly reply.

I don´t about others, but I am going to put everything, including a prpaid USPS express envelope, in the grey envelope and then put the grey envelope into a larger Fedex envelope so I can track the package both ways.

I could not fit the 9"X12" express envelope into the grey envelope provided by the consulate. Hence, I had my passports and photos in a grey envelope and then placed this grey envelope along with Express envelope in a larger Priority mail envelope.

Anoymous - how did you manage to put the USPS express envelope in the grey envelope?
