I have applied for PR under skilled worker in Buffalo. The date what I have on my reciepts was March 2004. My online status shows your appln is in-process and date shown online was June 24,2004. why this diff in dates? Also so far no progress than this stage. I didnt get any documents from consulate sofar except reciepts. Please help me. what should I get by this time from Buffalo? I did not get any documents except reciepts after I filed in March 2004. Is this expected from Buffalo now a days.

You should contact Buffalo and inform them abuot the issue... It is not a normal process at all.

This does not sound normal. You should at least have IA by now. Definately need to contact Buffalo CIC.

I think you have IA but maybe they are just about to be mailed. I am in the same boat,so don´t panic. Look at the thread started by Raj "Nov 2004 applicants"

Sorry guys, my mistake here. I thought the process started March 2005 not 2004. In this case DEFINITELY e-mail buffalo or even request CAIPS

Most of the applicants with your timeline have already completed their landing. So, I think somehow you misssed your medical papers. Contact CIC soon either by a formal letter (express post) or fax.

Did u change your residential address in this period. If so, did you inform CIC in writing about it?? THis is the only chance i see of not getting any letters from CIC..
If not, i would highly recommend to fax CDIC and ask in detail about the status.

How can you apply in March2004 and not know anything about IA after 21 months.
