ATTN: in-Canada applicants

Subject: ATTN: in-Canada applicants
One of my friend, who is a mom of 4/student/in-canada applicant, got PPR. She applied in Aug 2004. I know another person who is an in-canada applicant got PPR too yesterday.

I do not think there any discrimination between in-US applicants and in-Canada applicants in issuing PPR for now. The only difference is it takes another one more weeks to get PPR by mail.

Processing times can be different for each case even if they are the exact same sorta conditons (ie: student, in canada, white, english speaking, no kids etc) whatever..

it depends on the application itself, and the officer reviewing the case.
