W-2 - Tax Returns
IA - Initial Assessment
PCC - Police Clearance Certificate
AOR - Application of Receipt
H1b - I797 document or the H1B Document

Only applicants who live and work in USA have to worry about W2 and H1B.

Yes every h1b holder in the US with more than 1 year exp should show the W2.
