I have some additinal documents I need to send to Buffalo fast.
What is the best mail option for that:
- regural mail or express mail or may be FEDEX to make sure they have it?

I would send them by FedEx so that I can track the delivery and reciept.

usps express mail can guarantee they receive before noon the next day. I always used this service cause I live very close to Post Office.
