Is this the standard reply that everyone is getting? When do you think my IA will be done?

I applied in Jan 2005, Aor is Mar 2005 - Buffalo applicant from within US,
received the same message

Mine said 36 weeks. My AOR is March, so 36 weeks should make it Nov, but no IA till date, I am expecting it by end of this year or early next year.

Seems like the Feb AOR folks received their IA´s already in November. The march one´s shows a delay since no March AOR person said they got their IA and it´s already Dec.20th. Don´t know if anyone will get it in these last 10 days.

My AOR was April 4, 2005. The letter does not indicate any time line. I don´t see these 36 days etc stuff in my paper. So, is mine different from others? They asked me for IELTS early August and I submitted the score late August. They told me that I had to submit is in 120 days. Could that tell us something about when I should expect IA?

No one can answer this question for sure. My guess is that with the IELTS you might expect a delay of a month extra than those who are not required IELTS scores because of the extra step involved here. With AOR in April, you should probably expect your IA in March´06.

what happened to mine? my AOR didn´t say anything about time. Just allowed me to know my file number and nothing more.
Anyway, what´s CIC email address???? Can somebody inform me please? thanks guys.
