Hi !
Yesterday I had chance to speak with Immigration Personal in Detroit regarding Our PR and under SW. (Though it is almost impossible)-
She told me that CIC is clearing most of the backlog early next year-and my polite conversation with her led me to conclude that Early-2006 means before April-2006. She also mentioned that
Non-terrorism organization countries applicant would see their passport request very soon-Finally she told me "Marry Christmas" and have good time !
(Our PR applicaiton has been processing from Buffalo but they have most of the record on line !!-Except our original documents !)
I think this is really refreshing news,
I know many here in Early-2006 club, Good Luck everybody, Pls. share your time line and latest communication with Buffalo/Detroit.

very soon (in reply to: Early-2006 Club) Priti: Thanks for sharing the update. Do you have any sense of what "very soon" means for non-terrorism sponsoring countries? It seems like London, New Delhi and the Phillipines are allready getting pprs--it would be nice if they would start in Buffalo. But I guess this is just wishful thinking.

(in reply to: Early-2006 Club) What are "Non-terrorism organization countries"? And does it mean the country where you´re from or the country you´re applying from?

(in reply to: Early-2006 Club) I think they mean "where the countries you were been"

(in reply to: Early-2006 Club) That´s silly. It is really discouraging. What god damn "Non-terrorism organization countries" means. These guys are really getting mad. Is there any country out there which has officially claimed to be a terrorism supporter? or these immigration guys are relying on what US defines as terrorist countries. That´s all politics, everybody knows. US government has put the name of some countries in his terrorist supporter list, while there has not beed even a single terrorist attack related to those countries or their citizens. On the other hand, there are some contries out of this list who do terrorist attacks frequently. I am pretty sure they do not know what they are looking for. A terrorist will not apply for immigration directly. They have their own networks and can build fack passports.
