hi all
i am a pr card holder and my son is born in india then i came in canada to spouncer my new born so i spouncer him but after a month i got a phone call from the missaga that my application is not complete so they are going to send my application back so i want to know should i get the file number and my application will run according to that file numberand and iam going to reapplay again next week after that should i need to still stay here in canada or i can go back to take care my baby because i left my new born there

PR holders must be physically living IN CANADA to SPONSOR their wives/children etc.
They cannot be living abroad and sponsor. Only Canadian citizens have that right.
