where I suppose to sign on the Form for "Permanent Residence in canada" , I don´t find any space on the form,

Tina,
You don´t need to sign PR application form as there is no space for signature. You only need to sign Background declaration and additional family form. If you are applying to CIC london then in additon you have to fill in and sign background summary form.
