  Hi All,
I was hibernating, and I think now it´s time to awake.
Did any body have recent communication from Buffalo............

Be ready fro Passport request,(Thinking positively-Early 2006 means they would open the file within two weeks of Jan-2006 and would receive PPr by the end of Jan-2006.

I also got same reply from Buffalo, but my e-client yet doesn´t show Medical has been received..............

Any idea?

Thanks,

Andy

Hi Andy,

Seems like all In Canada students are hibernating.

In the mean time, I could able to get my dream job offer and I´m required to start working on or before May 01, 2006. As I´ll be defending my PhD thesis in April 2006, I cannot even get a work permit before May 01 (considering at least 45 days of processing time to get a work permit). I sent an email last week to Buffalo explaining my situation and got the same polite reply that my file will be reviewed for finalization in early 2006.

Just to remind you that in Aug, CIC said my file is complete and awaiting final review. On Aug 29, my e-client also changed to medicals received.

So, now I have left every thing on God to save me !!!

i am in the same boat as u Andy. Just recieved 2nd email from Buffalo stating the same early 2006 commitment. My last email was in september and the answer was same as this time. My e-client still shows the same msg, no change to medicals recieved :( . Hope january 2006 brings in good news.
Cheers
