| Subject: Passport Submission Request (Spousal Applicant) |

My wife received a phone call from Chandigarh, India CHC office asking her to submit her passport via registered mail. ECAS does not show any update after indicating that her application is in process. Does anyone have experience with this office and/or does this mean that her application has been approved? How long does it take after submitting the passport to get the answer? It is a spousal sponsored application.
