hi, everyone,
I have a question: how long do I have to wait after the interview? Anyone has any experience? Thank you.
My time line,
AOR, march 04,
IA, oct. 04, interview required, medical form received
file transfered from Buffalo to LA, April 05,
Medical test finished, Nov. 1, 05
Interview scheduled, Nov. 30, 05
Then ????
The interview lasted 40 minutes, a lot of questions on my past working experiences were asked. In the end the officer said congratulations, and did not ask for any further documents.
He said after they received the medical result in a couple of months after my medical test date, they will notify me of sending my passport to LA.
However I am not sure how long I should wait.

Hi George,
We are almost in the same boat...but Detroit and interview was Sept....´supposedly´ waiting for medicals too.
Did your doctor give you a tracking number to track the delivery of your medical results to Ottawa? If yes, were you able to trace when the meds actually arrive in Ottawa?
My family´s medicals actually arrived in Ottawa Aug 30 and by Oct 5, Ottawa office informed Detroit about it. So it took them less than 2 months. My CAIPS confirmed it.
I know I did not answer your question...sorry...that´s also my question...wondering when!! :( good luck to you!

I had an interview June 20th,2005 in Detroit and I´m still waiting for decision.Now you can only be patient:)

I havd already an interview and medical check on May 20th, 2005. But I´m still waiting for Visa issue.How long I should wait for it.
