Most of the applicant received email confirmation that, their "file will be processed or finalized early 2006" (early means when not sure). Till the time PP request most of applicant will face Med validity expiration problem.
CIC must change Med validity period from 1 year to 2 year duration, due to overloaded applications processing time. So that we will not face Med 2 time, more money and any further delays.
Do you agree? If yes then how should we inform to CIC?
If no why?

I have brought it to their attention. Despite the website´s assurance of ´priority processing´. But it´s entirely up to them to extend medicals or not. Their ball. Their court. Their rules. :(

I will say it´s not entirly their ball game. It is related to our life and we are spending money for this.
For all these CIC processes we are paying, trying to make Better CANADA.

My parent has given their medical examination in august. however, my fathers had a health issue lately and embassy found out about this issue thru medical examination,now they are asking addtional document for the current health issue. we had provided all the documents we have. embassy is still asking for additional documents. any suggestions what will happens to case or how can we prevent it to get refused?

If you have done all what you can do then the only thing left is to pray. Hopefully everything will turn out fine for you and your father.
