One of my friends who did his medicals 2 months agao claims that he has sent his application (Federal Skilled Worker) in May 2005!!! Do you think it´s is possible? Have you seen anybody like this before?

It might be PNP instead of federal, they have similar stage, like AOR, medical, PP, but PNP is way faster

Mine was a few years ago, but it took me just over four months from time of application (Buffalo). I had an interview waiver though.
And no, my dad isn´t consul general of Buffalo.
